Rana Rihan approached WeDo with the idea to create Workoola in 2021. We supported Rana with seed funding and advice to launch her own temporary recruitment agency – focusing on the glass industry.
Since then, Workoola has grown and diversified. They’re creating 100+ new jobs, opening new premises, and now provide a range of services to the glass industry including quality control and glass decoration.
Our partnership with Workoola has evolved too. We’ve helped Rana’s team with recruitment, invoice finance, HR policies, accounts, and further investment to open Workoola’s new premises.
