Life at WeDo

We’re serious about our work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Who says we can’t do a brilliant job and have some fun along the way?

We like to think that people come to work with us, not for us. Our quarterly group-wide meetings give everyone the chance to have a say and help drive the WeDo ship in the right direction. Got a great idea? We’re all ears.

Plus, we love a staff do – at least twice a year, all teams from across the group come together to hear business updates and celebrate our success.

Each office gets involved in the local community. Members of Team WeDo have taken part in a range of events to raise money for charity, including Tough Mudder and Sheffield 10K. We sponsored Manchester Remembers, a football match set up to raise money for charities set up following the Manchester Arena terror attack, as well as donating to Christmas campaigns run by Shelter and Mission Christmas.
